Whether you're seeking support for a particular concern or looking for a unique combination of herbs, our custom formulation ensures you receive a personalized blend that’s aligned with your goals.

How it works:

Please select the product size you would like (1 oz., 2 oz., or 4 oz.) and add it to your cart. At checkout, there will be a comment box for you to type in the concern you want to address and/or any specific herbs that you want in the blend. A staff herbalist will be in touch to discuss your formula.

Please note:

• If you already have a custom formula (created with Maypop or another source), please select the “refill” item option instead.

• Scope: If we determine that your concern is beyond our scope of practice for “over-the-counter” services (i.e., you’re on medication and we need to research contraindications or have a very complex concern), we will refund your payment and refer you to in-depth consultation services.
