Bergamot can also support physical relaxation, as it can ease tension from muscles and joints, or help settle an upset stomach. Our certified organic bergamot essential oil is cold-pressed from the rinds of citrus fruits in Italy. Dilute bergamot oil well for topical use to avoid skin reactions in sunlight (just 2 drops per 1 oz of carrier)."
