This blend can support pain spasms and premenstrual pain. Cramp bark and black haw have been shown to have an affinity for the uterus and have been used historically to ease cramps. Ginger can help the circulatory system and can support that “stuck” feeling in times of intense cramps. It also has been used historically to ease nausea.
