Gastric soother. This blend can be taken before meals to aid in a strong and healthy digestive response and can also be taken after eating to soothe crampy, achy, or upset stomach. Studies have found Meadowsweet to have anti-inflammatory properties so may give aid in situations where there is inflammation of the stomach lining. Peppermint and Fennel both have long traditional uses to aid in digestion and to help ease cramps and pain.
