This one is a balancing act with the stimulating qualities of Yerba Mate combined with the stabilizing aspects of Holy Basil. Earthy flavor notes blend with aromatics to create a great daily ritual for getting your morning started or perking up your afternoon lull! Careful with this one if you’re sensitive as the Yerba Mate can pack a punch similar to the caffeine in coffee, yet without as much of a crash to follow.

(Steep 3 - 4 minutes with lid on to preserve aromatics. 1 tsp: 1 cup water)
