T'aint Sore No More Bath Blend

Our sitz bath blend is created specifically to soothe and support deep healing of the wounds and aches of birthing. It is especially helpful postpartum but can also be used at any time for any body with any parts to support healing of the pelvic region. Let this potent brew heal your cuts, scars, and irritations as you sit back and relax.

Suggested Use: Steep 20 minutes with lid on to preserve aromatics. Use 1 tablespoon to 1 cup of water and add to your sitz bath container after straining.
