Dry cough support. A great blend for when your throat feels scratchy and hoarse from coughing a lot. Mullein is an herb with fuzzy, large leaves that you could imagine coating your irritated throat. Marshmallow is very soothing and has been used historically for dry throat, dry, cracked lips and skin and for current or former smokers. Plantain can be supportive in conditions that irritate the lungs such as bronchitis and pneumonia as well as coughs that result from inhaling particles (i.e. work related or wildfires). Wild cherry bark has been used for centuries to help soothe cough and for its antiviral, antibacterial properties, and thanks to its mineral richness.
